Having trouble logging in? No worries, we’ve got you covered! Here’s a quick guide to help you solve common login problems so you can get back to organizing your studies.
Incorrect Email or Password
If you see this message, it means either your email address or password doesn’t match what we have on file—or your account might not exist yet. Double-check for any typos, and if you’ve forgotten your password, simply click "Forgot Password" to reset it and regain access.
Account Not Activated
This message pops up if you’ve signed up but haven’t verified your email yet. Make sure to check your inbox (and don’t forget your spam/junk folder!) for the verification email. If it’s nowhere to be found, you can always request a new verification email.
Account Not Linked
You may see this message if you’re trying to log in using Facebook or Google, but the email you’re using is already linked to an existing email/password account. No worries—just log in using your email and password first, then go to your account settings to link your social accounts (Facebook or Google).
Office 365, Facebook, or Google Sign-In Only
If you see this message, it means your account is set up with Office 365, Facebook, or Google, instead of the traditional email/password login. To access your account, simply click the appropriate login button for Office 365, Facebook, or Google beneath the email/password fields.
We hope this helps you get back to your studies! If you're still having trouble, feel free to reach out to our support team for further assistance—we’re always happy to help!
